The following officers were elected at the General Membership Meeting

"After 11 years of leadership at The Fencing Center, Dirk Decker is stepping down as executive director. Volunteering to shoulder the burden way back at 40 North First St., Dirk has seen us through two major location moves and all the hardships and challenges of a non-profit fencing club. We are grateful to Dirk for keeping our club going so long -- managing, teaching, publicizing, organizing meets (all the while a full-time engineer at Lockheed Martin). We also thank Judy Cziprian, his wife, for her forbearance, support and participation.
Dirk will still be teaching sabre at the club, but certainly deserves a rest from the responsibilities of running TFC.
At the meeting several volunteers stepped up to help with the new administration. All members are encouraged to participate.
Upcoming events: J.O. qualifiers Nov. 20, Clean-up Day and a Holiday Party.
Now is the time for all good fencers (and parents....) to come to the aid of their club......
